Consultations can be done on:
Face to Face basis or over the phone/Zoom/Messenger/Whatsup.

The Assessment includes – Evaluation of your health condition based on a detailed Questionnaire filled in and submitted at least 5 days prior to the initial consultation. The value of the assessment is £90 and is included in the cost of the Weight loss, Menopause and Thyroid Programs.
In addition, when we work on face to face basis, we can check your starting pH levels and biometrics – BMI, Body Fat, Visceral Fat %, Body Water, etc. (They can be checked again later during the course of consultations.)

5 Steps – £375, payable prior to sending the filled-in questionnaire.
5 Steps can be paid in 3 instalments:
1st payment, payable prior to sending the Questionnaire – £150
2nd payment, payable prior to 2nd session - £150
3rd payment, payable prior to 3rd session - £80​

8 Steps can be paid in 3 instalments:
1st payment, payable prior to sending the Questionnaire – £265
2nd payment, payable prior to 3rd session - £165

Menopause healing - Detailed initial assessment with recommendations, (the 1st session will be longer), and 2 more sessions, in person or over the phone.
Cost - £119, payable prior to sending the Questionnaire.

Thyroid autoimmune conditions - Hashimoto, Graves, etc.
90 days Program - Initial Assessment (80 min) and recommendations for the first 30 days, followed by 2 sessions (20 mins each) on the 30th and 60th day of the Program.
Cost - £119, payable prior to the sending Questionnaire.
