Privacy policy

How Healthy & Confident collects, uses and protects personal data on the website, in emails, at checkout and in Zoom meetings.

Who we are

healthyandconfident.co.uk is run by Vessie Nay, a holistic nutritionist working in the United Kingdom and Bulgaria. For privacy questions: vessie@healthyandconfident.co.uk.

What we collect

Name, email and phone when you sign up for a guide, form, programme or purchase.

Form answers, audience tags and contact history (emails, purchases, Zoom attendance).

Site-visit data (page, device, traffic source) and advertising events (Meta Pixel) when enabled.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Stripe sends us order status, email and amount.

Zoom meetings

If you join our Zoom meeting with an email we already hold as a contact, we receive join and leave events (and meeting start/end). We use them for the live button on the site and to record attendance.

We do not store Zoom passwords and we do not call the Zoom API with your data beyond these webhook events.

Why we use it

To send materials, reminders and programme information you asked for.

To process payment, product access and follow-up support.

To improve the site and, if enabled, to measure ads. Personal data sent to Meta is hashed where applicable.

Who we share it with

Service providers needed to run the service: hosting, database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), email/SMS sending, Zoom for meeting events, and Meta if the pixel is active.

We do not sell contact lists.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in every email.

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To exercise your rights, email vessie@healthyandconfident.co.uk.

Retention

We keep data while you have an active subscription, purchase or a legitimate interest (e.g. accounting), or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires a longer period.
